Metal in Ruins Announcements

It's Saturday! We've almost reached yet another finish to another good month. We're only about a week away from the hell known as "July". Here are some things Metal in Ruins has done within the past month

• We premiered a new song from Vale of Pnath, called "Brain Butchers"
• We opened up our official merchandise shop
• We did Four "Bands to Know" articles on Unspoken Triumph, Wideyedaze, Abriosis, and Sworn In (which we still have ONE more left before the end of the month.
• We announced the near release of the new album from one of our favorite underground bands Teratological Noghtmare
• We re-vamped the site, made a new logo, and supported Diamond Plates new release by making the promo-poster our background
• and We got you to read this.

Thanks for being so awesome everyone. Better things are still coming, so hold on and get ready for the rest of a Metal-ass year!!

Bands To Know: Abriosis

Today is July 16th. Soon, this day will be known by Abriosis day (atleast for me....)

Consisting of four members, (Taylor Lipton, Kris McDermott, Ryan McDonnell, Robin Iwasiw) Abriosis is a progressive death metal band hailing from Vancouver B.C. Canada.

If you like bands such as Necrophagist, Death, Neuraxis, Job For A Cowboy, Decapitated, or Cannibal Corpse, you'd have to be completely high off your ass to not listen to these guys. They are by far one of my all time favorite underground bands right now, and I'm almost positive they will be for years to come.

If you are not a pussy, and can handle the awesomeness of Abriosis, listen to this.
